Update v1.2

Yet another update. South America DLC released as well. This update adds a health system to the game, as well as a mechanic and accidents. Health is now a stat for all trucks, the maximum health is 100 for all trucks. The mechanic is now a menu where you can repair and fuel up your truck. Accidents are now a thing as well, with a small chance of crashing your truck after completing a contract, which of course reduces your health. We've also added a new setting for rewriting the save data, which basically fixes any bugs where stats don't load. Your stats are basically saved to the executable, your save file is deleted, then rewritten with the stats in the executable. One last thing, we've fixed a couple of other issues. That's about it.
